• Midwest only — we currently ship exclusively within Midwest states.
• 2-Day shipping required — you must select 2-Day shipping or overnight shipping.
• Ships Monday–Wednesday only — no weekend transit, so orders placed later in the week ship the following week.
• Live Arrival Guarantee — covered as long as you inspect your package within 1 hour of opening and send us photos of any dead-on-arrival within that window.
