Shipping Policies

Pre Orders: In most cases, we will ship all your items at the time (except for apparel) . We will wait for pre orders to come in before we ship the rest of your order. If you need an enclosure urgently that is not pre order status, please contact us  and we can arrange separate shipping.

Apparel: Apparel is shipped separately from your enclosure despite it being on the packing slip.

Shipping Times: Most orders will go out UPS ground which can range from 1-5 days. Orders in the midwest usually arrive in 1-2 days. Orders from the east or west coast will usually take 3-4 days to arrive. We ship from St. Louis, MO. If a PO Box is provided and UPS is not available for us to ship, there may be an additional delay as we do not ship by USPS daily.

Canadian Orders: A import tax may apply over which we have no control. Most orders will ship UPS. Most Canadian orders will ship the following Friday.

International Orders: An import tax may apply over which we have no control and can not predict. Most orders will ship via FED EX. Most international orders will ship the following Friday.
