Shipping Methods
We primarily use UPS Ground for domestic shipments. Most orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days if the item is in stock.

Order Fulfillment
If an item is not in stock, we may hold the entire order until the item becomes available, unless you request that we split the shipment. Please let us know your preference at the time of your order.

PO Box Shipping
Please note that if you provide a PO Box address, your order may experience delays and may not adhere to the standard 1-2 business day shipping timeframe.

International Shipping
For international orders, we may use UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Please allow up to 1 week for us to process and ship your international package.

Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
